Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, coordination, preparation, and facilitation support for both internal and external project meetings
Design, develop, author, and maintain high quality operational support documents based upon functional needs associated with the development of critical acquisition and operational artifacts in a collaborative effort with technical analysts, managers, and project team members.
Use and design of designated SharePoint sites, with the data being worked from multiple sources that require consolidation, normalization, and regular synchronization. Strong understanding of and experience with the Federal acquisition lifecycle and the development of related artifacts.
Apply knowledge and understanding of acquisition, policies, procedures/SOPs, Operations Guides and supporting artifacts Business process analysis mapping experience to support process design and documentation development.
The resource will develop, update, and maintain communication materials as well as support the development of project documentation and deliverables.
Work closely with the project manager and team members to ensure all project documentation and deliverables are clear and appropriate to share with the rest of the organization.
Develop business workflows, requirements document, and other business analysis and operational artifacts.
