What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest assistant position at Abacus?
- Greeting airport guest, answering questions and providing directions to parking areas, terminal gates, etc.
- Observing passenger loading areas to monitor commercial operations loading passengers and bags into vehicles.
- Monitors the activity of ground transportation operation to ensure compliance with Code of Rules and Regulations.
- Reports illegal Ground Transportation activity or emergency situations to supervisor and DPS.
- Works outdoors for extended periods in inclement weather and in conditions containing dust, vehicle emissions, fumes and noise.
- Stands and walks for prolonged periods of time.
- Have at least one year of customer service experience.
- Communicate clearly via two way radio, telephone, and face to face in English.
- Quickly understand written and oral instructions, work well with minimal supervision.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
