Job Duties:
- Full cycle recruiting for all positions assigned to you as well as assist the efforts of the Human Resources Staff.
- Locate and source passive talent as well as active job seekers
- Attend all job fairs
- Local travel within Scranton area
- Lead the interviewing and candidate selection process from start to finish, including the scheduling of interviews and administering assessments as needed.
- Analyze the operations of a business to determine which departments would benefit from additional staff
- Working with Management and Human Resources staff, you will lead diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives for the company
- Suggest process changes to improve efficiency in the recruiting and hiring process.
- Maintain candidate database
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency using a 10-key /Typing at least 35wpm
