As Maintenance Specialist, you will be leading the Ozark motor plant engineering and reliability department in accordance with company policies, guidelines and procedures in Motion NEMA Motors in Ozark, Arkansas. You will be a champion of continuous improvement and well versed in the principles of Lean Flex Flow while continuing to foster an environment in which Safety of employees is the top priority.

Your responsibilities- Assist maintenance supervisor in the planning & scheduling of maintenance work orders.
- Assist maintenance supervisor in maintaining MRO(Maintenance, Repair and Operating Supplies) inventory accuracy.
- Assist reliability specialist in optimizing preventative, predictive, & autonomous maintenance procedures.
- Conduct quality assessments of all winding tooling
- Supervise and direct intern(s) activities.
- Develop and audit 6S areas for maintenance technicians; Develop and maintain single point lessons library.
- Perform wrench time studies of maintenance technicians; Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years industrial maintenance experience or Associate and 4 years industrial maintenance experience or 10 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical application, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems preferred; Professional written and oral skills are essential.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD (Computer Aided Design), TPM (Technical Project Manager).; Adaptable to change and ability to cross train.
- Certifications in thermography, vibration, ultrasonic analysis.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
