The Repair Service Coordinator occupies an important position in the execution of Service projects and activities related to Instrumentation Service, Process Automation Measurement & Analytics in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. You will be coordinating and planning the provision of necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for on site service jobs, ensuring that the process is seamless, from quotation and issuance of a PO (Purchase Order), to invoicing and cash collection. In this role you will be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for the customer during the execution of a repair, optimizing customer satisfaction by meeting all obligations and requirements while maintaining compliance with Health, Safety & Environment requirements, Financial Reporting and the ABB integrity policy. This role is expected to be onsite with some occasional remote flexibility.

This position reports toUS Spare Parts & Repair Center Manager
Your responsibilities- Support customer requests for Product Repair, Repair Updates and general problem resolution ensuring that all responses are professional and delivered within one business day
- Utilizing well defined processes, create Salesforce cases based on customer repair requests, provide quotes based on product type and manage the entry of Purchase Orders within SAP. Create Service Notifications within SAP and track repair status using SAP and checking on jobs within the Repair Center
- Manage all required paperwork (quotes, customer communications, POs, RMA (Return Material Authorization) forms, etc. within the defined software, ensuring repair sales orders are updated in a timely manner and that Maker/Checker approvals are complete in a timely manner
- Working cross functionally with Manufacturing (planning, supply chain and production), the Repair Center Team, other Service teams and Sales to support on-time delivery targets and resolve any issues
- When required, support other Service teams in a similar Service Coordinator role
- Associate's level degree with equivalent work experience, Bachelor degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Service setting, with direct experience as a Coordinator, Customer Service Associate, or Manufacturing Team Leader
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in Setting Priorities, Communicating with Internal Stake Holders, Direct Customer Service, Change Management, and Reporting
- Knowledge of CRM tools or similar, Salesforce preferred
- Familiar with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
- Proficient with MS Office products such as Excel and Outlook
- Must wear appropriate PPE where required, and lift and move product weighing less than 35 lbs
- Up to 20% domestic travel required
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
