SAP Analyst

The SAP Analyst role is responsible for timely delivery of work orders to the Fabrication department through collaboration between the order entry and engineering.

Production Manager

• Prepare documentation and assist in researching, compiling, proof-reading and editing reports, presentations, etc.
• Implement ABB processes and engage with other team members in continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain records/databases/filing systems/archives, in electronic and/or hard copy format.
• Administrative support
• Performs general administrative activities and provides back-up support for others in case of sickness/absence/workload.
• Generate and Maintain Daily RDD Status.
• Generate Daily Service level.
• Process daily load review and process updates.
• Run daily comparison of RDD date, OCP date and PWO.
• Generate SAP plug schedule report analysis.
• Investigate inconsistencies in SAP reports.

• Associate's degree strongly preferred along with 2 years of experience in a supporting role in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous SAP Experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (Test will be administered).
• Ability to perform vlookup; sums; pivots and other simple Excel functions.
• Stockroom/warehouse/materials experience a plus.
• Initiative; teamwork; flexibility and attention to detail required.
• Understand and carry out oral/written instructions.
• Successful completion of the Blueprint skills test.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
