Finance Manager responsible for supporting the ELIP (Electrification Installation Products) Sales Team and Sales Leader relative to financial metrics related to all aspects of the selling organization. Supporting a sales organization generating approximately $1.5B in orders/revenues.

Lead Business Controller
Your responsibilities
- Budgeting, reporting and analysis of orders performance by the ELIP sales team
- Alignment of data relative to account manager, district, region and other potential dimensions of results
- Coordination with SIP team to insure accurate accruals and sales team compensation
- Support Sales Leader in Identifying opportunities to improve pricing/gross margin
- Identifying opportunities to drive desired product sales mix
- Managing expense spend of sales team
- T&E, concession budgets and other related items
- Lead preparation of APP for ELIP sales organization
- Ongoing analysis of actual vs. APP performance
- Key leader for sales team functionality and transition for Tops to Torque ERP migration
- Identify opportunities to improve analysis, metrics, reporting and similar to further sales team performance
- Lead enforcement and implementation of internal accounting and reporting guidelines and compliance with external accounting regulations as it relates to the sales organization operations
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration AND 10 years industry related finance experience
- Experience working with a selling organization and supporting sales leadership team
- Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, TM1 and general systems implementation is preferred
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
