In this role you will have the opportunity to ensuring that inbound and outbound operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Each day, you will be supervising teams that make up the logistics areas. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the teams through growth and changes and filling the various needs along the way!

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in Mebane, NC.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.

Qualifications For The Role
- Associate’s degree with 5 years of related work experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP or similar ERP system.
- Proficient in English.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
