The Order Management and Fulfilment Group (OM&F) is a Customer Service Excellence focussed Project Management and Process Administration
Department. The purpose of the department is to ensure the timely and effective delivery of products to Global Affiliates from all ADC manufacturing facilities including 3rd party distributor in the US and 3rd party manufacturing sites in Poland, Singapore and the US, in accordance with the compliance requirements of the Quality System and to the benefit of the business in terms of cost and impact. Global Order Management Planners are responsible for the creation and maintenance of Affiliate orders within ADC’s ERP systems, communicating to our global customers and management of shipments to the Affiliates through a number of 3rd Party Logistics and Freight suppliers. They provide the first point of contact for both Affiliates and manufacturing facilities and action system generated replenishment plans to Global ADC Affiliates.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ERP system data entry and maintenance of orders within these systems.
Creation of relevant shipping documentation including Commercial invoice generation, Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN’s), System generated pick requests and customs documents including EUR1’s for all manufacturing and supply points in the ADC network to our tier 1 customers.
Point of contact for all issues regarding: Shipping / Distribution, Order book management and general supply of products to our Global Affiliates.
Coordination of shipments to affiliates and countries, in conjunction with 3rd party freight forwarding partners.
Participate and coordinate actions following Demand Management reviews by region.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
BA Degree and 0 to 2 years work experience.:
• Working in a procedural controlled business environment.
• Working with multiple vendors/partners.
• Using ERP system(s) essential (SAP preferred).
• Use of various software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
Up to 2 years experience in logistics planning, shipment tracking, freight forwarding highly desired.
High proficiency in advanced Excel skills a plus.
