What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Analyst, Business HR and Payroll position at Abbott?

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Architects on day to day operations and projects as required.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Support for all projects within workstream
- Compile documentation for projects and update accordingly. Provide the updated documents to the lead .
- Participating in design thinking sessions to develop the requirement gathering.
- Provide expertise to Analyst and Associate Analysts as necessary.
- Participate in developing UAT Testing and Unit testing for projects. Ensuring the test plans are complete and executed properly. Trouble shooting issues which are not able to be resolved by other analysts.
- Work with Security and Compliance to ensure the compliance check list is being followed.
- Providing insight and recommendations to the architects on the project to help solidify final solutions
- Collaborate with Architects within their workstream to ensure the solutions identified are complete and accurate for moving forward with implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring projects remain on time and if there are delays they are vetted through their leadership.
- Responsible for compiling documentation for projects, providing the documentation to the Lead for review prior to it being routed for signature.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience degree required.
- Degree in Business or Computer Science
- Experience with Cloud based HR Systems, preferably Workday
