Abbruzzese Brothers Inc. is now hiring a Lead Supervisor – Hardscape/Landscape this position is responsible for Landscaping and Hardscape installations on Abbruzzese Brothers Inc clients’ properties. This includes working with/supervising a team to complete the necessary tasks. Landscaping and Hardscape installation includes but is not limited to: planting, tree removal, grading, turf repair, rock and mulch installation, landscape demo and rejuvenation, drainage repair and installation, property cleanup and debris removal, hardscape repair, and equipment operating. Abbruzzese Brothers Inc Group standardized levels of quality and safety are to be met at each client location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Upper Management with the execution of work orders.
- Perform Landscaping and Hardscape reviews to assure that the work is performed at Abbruzzese Brothers Inc level of quality.
- Lead crew members in work through positive example and training.
- Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly and accurately.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for billing and timesheets.
- Ensure crews have items needed to complete the work and oversee equipment use.
- Complete necessary paperwork and computer data entry required for payroll and other needed data entry.
- Attend production meetings to discuss goals and needs.
- Lead safety sessions with crew members.
- Enforce Human Resources Policies as applies to crew members—tracking attendance, reviews, discipline meetings, etc.
- Maintain Abbruzzese Brothers Inc required driving standards.
- Must be able to read Blueprints.
- Must have a valid Drivers license.
