In the role of Sr Lab Compute Analyst, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Consulting with scientific partners to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the systems. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system. Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
- Developing detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling. Negotiates plans, time frames and trade-offs while ensuring scientific partners understand the final results of the project.
- Ensuring current and accurate system documentation, coordinates and/or performs testing of system modifications, of both validated and non-validated systems. Provides systems expertise and supports system training, educational tools and materials

Required

Bachelors degree plus 5 years technical experience, or Masters degree plus 4 years experience. Will consider 9 years work experience in related technical roles.
- Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented
- Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills
- Must have a strong customer focus
Beneficial:
- Background in scientific informatics (LIMS, SDMS, CDS, etc.) and lab operations
- Work experience in pharmaceutical industry within R&D organization
- Work experience in a laboratory IT role
- Experience in the development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems
