The Operations Manager oversees the performance of the assigned division. He / She analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Quality management, Safety and training programs, productivity enhancements, on time performance, automation, meeting structure and motivational team building are only a few of the Operations Manager’s remits. Quality (food & Service) and financial performance are the keys that set Abby’s apart from the competition.
This job requires flexible hours to lead a 24/7 airline catering operation.
