Responsibilities
1. Strategic/Budget
- Support customer relationship matrix execution
2. Targeted/Business Quote
- Prepare customer statement of Work/Quote terms.
- Respond to open issues, quote exceptions, etc.
- Lead timing reviews meetings (including resources and timing plan to support customer requirements).
3. Award/Post Award
- Lead the development (APQP) process from award through launch 90. Ensure meeting goals (0 quality – 0 safety – 100% on-time delivery – 100% of committed financials – 90 days after launch)
- Lead customer development meetings and interaction.
- Lead gate reviews and closure.
- Lead tool kickoffs and ensure design levels are met.
Qualifications
- 5 years automotive related project or program management
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team setting or individually with minimal supervision
- Undergraduate degree as a minimum or equivalent
