What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Client Service Representative position at Abiint?
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced
people to continue to make a positive impact on our customers. As an
Entry Level client service representative, you will support our call
center with inbound calls helping our customers navigate complex plans.
To prepare for this role, Abiint provides paid, comprehensive training
that equips our CSRs with the highest levels of knowledge and
professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching orders and relaying messages and special instructions.
- Assuring scheduled trips are complete and checked for accuracy.
- Assist the caller with filling out an online application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing.
- Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.
- Escalate calls as needed and required.
- Use effective listening skills to collect required information or to identify potential problems.
- Develop relationships with customers; utilize relationships to influence others and gain willing cooperation.
- Navigate
to the appropriate pre-scripted responses which must be read verbatim
to provide basic general and claims-specific information.
- Follow
established and documented policies and standard operating procedures,
such as filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy rules.
- Complete
basic call logs related to the phone inquiries such as clicking radio
buttons to confirm which scripts were read by the CSR to the caller.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well individually or in a group setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong coordination, organization, and teaming skills.
- Ability to provide group facilitation, interviewing and training.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
