The Fellows Program manager will create & provide best-in-class training curriculum and education for Cardiology fellows to support best in class outcomes with Impella and heart recovery for our patients.
This role requires working with a wide range of Cardiology fellowships including Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Heart Failure, and General Cardiology
Job Responsibilities:
Implement standards and best practices to ensure the successful planning and execution of Professional Education programs compliantly, within budget, and with a high level of quality- Develop training programs and curriculum utilizing our KOL community and centers of excellence to support product utilization and clinical needs of fellows
- Partnering with the field team to assess training needs at all US cardiology fellowships
- Deliver higher-level training to a variety of clinical stakeholders both in-person and in virtual settings
- Maintain expertise and knowledge in relation to Company products and procedures, as well as current literature, key clinical papers, and trends in the industry.
- Identify and contract with key education suppliers, third party vendors, and hospital partners
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5 years medical device industry and/or clinical experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing leadership in marketing, training, project management or operational department roles is required
- Excellent training skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product and therapy information to a variety of healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of the cardiovascular medical device marketplace and healthcare environment, ideally with deep expertise in cardiovascular clinical therapies and/or end-user experience with Impella products

Salary : $90,000 - $114,000
