Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team, specializing in repairs and installations for single-family rental properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing vinyl flooring, painting, drywall repair, cabinet installation, kitchen countertop installation, wall repairs, and plumbing tasks such as installing faucets and water heaters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flooring: Install and repair vinyl flooring.
• Painting: Perform interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Drywall: Repair and install drywall, including patching holes and finishing.
• Cabinet Installation: Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
• Countertops: Install and secure kitchen countertops.
• Wall Repairs: Repair and maintain walls, including minor structural repairs.
• Plumbing: Install faucets, water heaters, and other basic plumbing fixtures.
• General Maintenance: Perform other general maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance, particularly in the areas listed above.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with property managers and tenants.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and use power tools safely.
• Reliable transportation and tools

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
