Responsibilities Include:
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Maintaining payroll functions using third-party administration services (Paylocity) to ensure timely, accurate processing of earnings for employees.
- Analyze and ensure all updated pay rates, deductions, reimbursements, and Collaborate with management to develop and prepare and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training (including OSHA 10, forklift training), biweekly random site visits, weekly plant safety walk-throughs, monthly Toolbox Talks for Field Services, and twice monthly Toolbox Talks for Production staff.
- Additional responsibilities will also include with the collection process to assure timely and accurate resolution of delinquent accounts receivables through regular collection calls and correspondence to customers professionally while ensuring accurate and timely sales collections.
Requirements Include:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Human Resource Management experience or SHRM certification is a plus.
- OSHA 30 within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
