ABM Janitorial is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cleaner. The position is full time, Monday through Friday between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be a team player. The position requires a reliable vehicle and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facilities, buildings, and equipment with supplies at the end of the shift according to established procedures
- Ensure that the facilities are maintained in an efficient and thorough manner by following established cleaning procedures
- Complete daily cleaning schedules and report any issues to the Supervisor on any items that need attention
- Use appropriate cleaning products and materials, follow safety procedures, adhere to company policies and state & federal regulations regarding health and safety
- Report maintenance issues immediately to the Supervisor if necessary
- Take accurate measurements of units to ensure that they are operating properly
- Conduct routine inspections of units to make sure they are operating properly before the end of shift
- Maintain inventory records including quantity, quantity change, unit identification, and date. Report any maintenance problems or shortage of supplies to the Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures outlined by the company as well as OSHA safety requirements.
- Participate in on-going training in order to maintain an efficient cleaning schedule & safety policy.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- custodial: 3 years (Preferred)
