Job Posting for Recruiter (Contract) at ABM - San Diego
We are looking for a self-starter Recruiter to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. The recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for current openings. The recruiters evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and direct candidates throughout the full onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Post job descriptions online
Source candidates from multiple online sources and in hands-on outreach.
Screen potential employees
Conduct phone, Skype, and/or in-person interviews
Maintain hiring records in applicant tracking systems
Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
Handle the orientation of new employees
Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week
Attend / Host job fairs on a monthly basis
Conduct area canvassing ( go out into the community ) on a monthly basis
Qualifications
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Working knowledge of social media
Good computer skills (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
