We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. As a Licensed Plumber, you will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Installation: Install plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, drains, sinks, toilets, and water heaters, according to specifications and building codes.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, using appropriate tools and techniques.
System Upgrades: Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements for outdated or inefficient plumbing systems to improve functionality and water conservation.
Emergency Services: Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls to mitigate damage and restore functionality to affected systems.
Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards. Obtain necessary permits and inspections as required.
Blueprints and Schematics: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed, maintenance recommendations, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.
Valid plumbing license as required by the state.
Proven experience as a licensed plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components.
Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
