Essential Functions:
- Manages the safety, quality, and performance of the Transportation Account
- Provides leadership, inspiration, and mentorship to their Team while promoting individual growth, responsibility, and continuous improvement
- Fosters deep and meaningful relationships with our client representatives.
- Interacts frequently with clients, employees, and stakeholders to discuss concerns and opportunities
- Oversees delivery of training programs
- Responds to and resolves escalated Client, employee, and stakeholder concerns
- Implements, administers, and improves policies, systems, and processes
- Monitors and maintains staffing levels by partnering with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
- Achieves financial targets through effective labor, expense, and revenue management
- Accesses computer-based systems to input, review, extract, and interpret financial and operational data
- Creates, updates, and maintains Excel spreadsheets to collect, interpret, and trend data to assist with management decision making
- Identifies opportunities to continuously improve, reduce errors, and build standard processes
- Investigates, reports, and resolves discrepancies
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and proactive mentality
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Ability to acknowledge and prioritize high-volume communications in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with frontline employees and senior management
- Eager to learn new systems and teach others
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in service of a janitorial or custodial operation
- Must submit and pass a drug screen
- Aviation experience preferred
- Must meet all the requirements to receive required airport security badge and US Customs and Border Patrol clearance, including a successful completion of a background check and 10-year work history
