What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at ABM US?
The Coordinator assigns individuals and teams to tasks and locations. Coordinates resources according to customer requests and general job demands. Communicates assignments to employees and enters assignment data in computer data base. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compile statistics and reports on work progress.
The job requires the coordinator to put the requested number of wheelchairs on each jetway for the incoming flights. Work with the PSA and the airline agents to ensure that the passengers are assisted from the jetway. Assist passengers to the restroom, gift shops or to help transfer them to another gate or concourse if a PSA or cart driver is not available.
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday off Saturday and Sunday

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualification:
• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
• Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
• Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
• Complete thorough Incident Reports
