- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Duties include meeting with clients to understand their needs, and using pressure washing equipment and chemicals to clean up, windows, driveways, and more.
- They are responsible for cleaning and spot-checking areas using the right chemicals, tools, and techniques.
- Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order
- Visit clients and understand their pressure washer needs
- Use pressure washers to clean all types of surfaces
- Spot-check areas to ensure the surface is clean
- Review job with the client once you are complete
- Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly
- Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces
- Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris
- Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury
- Sort and segregate recoverable materials (e.g., aluminum, plastic, glass, paper, etc.) from incoming waste.
- Deposit recoverable materials safely and efficiently into appropriate chute.
- Assist other sorters on an as-needed basis with heavy or bulky items.
- Follow all Company safety policies and procedures, including stopping the conveyor belt in emergency situations.
- Inspect incoming loads for unacceptable waste; remove unacceptable items as required.
- Communicate with equipment operators regarding incoming loads of special waste or other loads that require special attention.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
