What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Engineer position at ABM?
JOB FUNCTION- Responsibilities include budget development and adherence; employee interaction through facilitation of problem-solving initiatives; customer interaction through participation on a customer team and responding to customer questions and need for information; manage medium projects & and lead small project teams; manage a production area and review production data and make adjustments to operating process as necessary; develop process improvement ideas based on existing technologies & process capabilities. The incumbent is expected to be proficient in at least one technical or process area and may supervise hourly associate(s) and/or salaried associates.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in experience, in an engineering related field with 1-3 years of engineering experience.
