Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in the pursuit of providing a safe and well maintained site.
Plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments.
- Identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders, (service, repair and preventive maintenance) and insure timely completion to quality standards.
- Inspect the quality of the work performed by subordinate team.
- Monitor and control supplies and equipment.
- Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
- Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and / or subcontractors.
- Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
