What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director position at Abode Care of Allentown?
The Executive Director is responsible for the 24/7 management of the senior living community. Must have excellent communication skills, prior management experience in senior living and PA personal care home administrator certifications and meet requirements. We are currently recruiting for 2 positions; one is for a currently operating community of 150 beds, and one is for new community of 80 beds with secure dementia unit which has not yet started to admit residents.
