Role description/responsibilities:
- Develop and master an understanding of Client/DSP staffing needs and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical team and recruiting team to develop strategies for sourcing applicants
- Local support for recruiting, matching, and onboarding DSPs
- Managing DSP availability and Client Open Hours to mitigate DSP turnover
- Auditing Client and DSP electronic records
- Managing employee certifications and personal documents in OnTarget
- Assisting DSPs with scheduling and completing trainings
- Processing DSP status changes and terminations
- Assisting DSPs with troubleshooting OnTarget
- Coordinating events with Staff, Caregivers and Clients
- Collaborate, create, and distribute monthly newsletter
- Create and distribute monthly Day Program calendar (if applicable)
- General Office Duties Including but not limited to:
- Keeping shared office areas presentable
- Manage local vendors/deliveries
- Maintaining supply orders
- Answering inbound calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Facilitating CPR/FA trainings
- Performing Emergency Drills and Internal Inspections
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed for the team and Program Director
- Provide a positive and friendly experience for Abound Health Staff, Clients, and Visitors
- Perform feedback and follow up interactions with Clinical staff to evaluate performance
- Attend and be active participant in daily/weekly huddles
- Ability to work independently and interdepartmentally to problem solve and provide resolution
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must be a hands-on, proactive, organized, results oriented, and engaged individual with a strong work ethic to fulfill all requirements as outlined in the above section. - Experience with office management software
- Ability to multi-task and cope effectively with stress
- Ability to work in teams
- Experience in behavioral health, preferred but not required
- Ability to grasp mission, vision and values of Abound Health
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver License
- Safe Driving Record
- No substantiated findings of abuse and/or neglect
- Criminal, LEIE, NC Health Care Registry Check and Sexual Offender Background checks clear of health and safety risks
- Reliable and safe transportation
- Current Auto Insurance
POSITION TYPE:
- Full Time
- Hourly, non-exempt
- 40-hour work week; extended or weekend hours during extenuating circumstances and as duties dictate.
