Abrigo is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
The position builds partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Senior HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the company’s position, its culture and its competition.
What You'll Do:
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective leaders, managers and teams
- Consults with management, providing HR guidance.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintaining employee files and HR systems
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individuals and works w/ L&D to ensure training is effective and met the needs of the business.
- Performs Exit Interviews/Stay Interviews/360’s
What You'll Need:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the HR team, assigned leaders/teams as well the employees w/in those parts of the organization.
- Ability to Influence and lead stakeholders at all levels of organization without having formal reporting relationships is critical.
- Ability to quickly assess a situation, determine a path forward, and lead the department down that path.
- Ability to ensure timely and accurate completion of multiple high-profile projects that are occurring simultaneously
- Experience; 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP or HR generalist roles and experience with senior leaders/executives
- Experience with change management and organization transformation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
