We are looking for an experienced leader to supervise our residential settings. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each setting. You will supervise lead staff and inform management of progress and performance. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of developmental disabilities services and compliance with state monitoring requirements. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates.

Responsibilities
Oversees the overall operations of the Group Home to ensure compliance with ABRiO standards and monitoring requirements.
Develop client individual service plans and monitor person-centered planning processes to ensure that our resident's needs are being met.
Maintain client records and resident information accurately and confidentially.
Communicate promptly and effectively with the client's care team, medical personnel, resident, and family members.
Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
Develop or approve budgets and operations.
Skills
Proven experience as Program Director or Group Home Manager.
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Possess an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Schedule: Full time, Must have schedule flexibility and an on-call rotation.
Salary: This is a salaried exempt position, Salary starting at $50,000 annually benefits.
