What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Reviewer - Remote position at ABS Kids?
*Quality Reviewer*
ABS Kids is looking for a remote Quality Reviewer to join our team! The primary duty of this role is to support all types of ABS Kids audits for Behavior Technicians. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (with some variance depending on region/time zone.)
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.
*What would you do?*
* Support internal and external ABS Kids' audits
* Review designated BT Direct Care Session Notes and evaluate based on a compliance and quality standards rubric
* Accurately record data in a database
* Summarize data when given specific guidelines and tasks
* Participate in meetings requested by supervisor
* May support other auditing duties designated by supervisor

*Who are we looking for?*
* Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred or at least 12 units in the field of psychology or related field experience preferred
* Communicate information and ideas both verbally and in writing in a clear manner and at a level appropriate to the audience
* Ability to read material and record data in an online database
* Knowledge and familiarity with company-wide systems (e.g., Central Reach, Microsoft Office)
* Maintain a positive and can do attitude when working with individuals with varying opinions.
* Be a self-starter
* Take initiative to seek clarification and support when needed to fulfill responsibilities
* Receive and implement constructive feedback in a timely manner
