What We Require:
- Must carry active LPN/RN license with no restrictions on OHIO Nursing Board
- You must have a current TB/ Physical
- BLS Certification
- Must have reliable transportation
- 6 mos nursing experience in LTC or Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Clean Background
- Proficient in computer
Your Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, and ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor
- Complete Physician orders
- Complete Assessments and Admissions
