Salary and Compensation are dependent upon experience and qualifications. This position will qualify for quarterly bonuses 90-days after employment.

The Customer Service/Social Media Specialist is required to:
- Handle Customer Service inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist marketing team with tasks as needed.
- Greet office visitors
- Process customer returns and coordinate with shipping department.
- Assist with data entry and light bookkeeping.
The successful and most ideal candidate will also:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google G-suite.
- Have customer service experience (3 years )
- Be able to operate independently without supervision as well as work in a team environment.
- Have strong written and verbal language skills.
The preferred candidate will possess:
- High School Diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, Shipping software, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup style environment.
- Be able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a reasonable timeframe.
- Be able to respond quickly, effectively, and appropriately to a business environment that constantly evolves.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
