Job Type: Part -Time, Hourly, Non-exempt (16-24 hours per week)
Supervisor: Executive Director of Member Care
Supervisory Responsibility: None
Mission/Vision: Fulfilling the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches and missions movements among every people.
Job Summary/Primary Role: The Administrative Assistant for Member Care will assist the Executive Director in caring for the spiritual wellness of the global missionary team.
- Coordinates Member Care events, trainings and meetings.
- Processes mail, email and any other forms of communication.
- Prepares presentations, hand-outs and other materials for conferences, meetings, etc.
- Works cross-departmentally as Member Care services are needed/required.
- Maintains information on mental health providers and counseling centers.
- Maintains the digital archives for the Member Care Department.
- Maintains relevant files and database records for missionaries.
- Provides administrative support for the Member Care staff.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Qualifications: Ability to pass background check and all necessary clearances as mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Prior Experience Required: Previous administrative assistant experience or experience in a related field/capacity.
