Travel and Expense Lead-
Seeking a skilled Travel and Expense lead to join the team of an amazing company that is growing.
Job Duties-
Responsible for opening, maintaining, and closing card accounts and user profiles in compliance with company policies
Ensure each card account is assigned to an appropriate card member, manager approver, and default general ledger accounting
Prepare and provide training in Card policies, procedures, and systems to cardholders and approvers
Reduce financial risk through personal use and fraud detection
Drive business process improvements related to travel and expense and PCard systems
Maintaine commercial card bank issuer relationships
Provide ad hoc support to cardholders, approvers, and senior leadership. Escalates issues when appropriate
Provide routine monthly reporting of Card activities and ad hoc reporting as needed
Ensure Card accounts are paid timely in accordance with the terms of the card provider
Ensure that data transfers between the PCard & T&E expense reporting applications and ERP system are functioning properly and resolves any issues that arise
Review monthly accrual of Card liabilities and recommends adjustments as needed
