The Opportunity:

The individual in this position is responsible for participating in and ensuring the successful migration of client data and creation of client tenants in our ComplianceAlpha platform. In addition, this individual conducts careful analyses of clients’ data, works with several technology platforms, and is client facing.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead client data migration to ACA’s ComplianceAlpha platform
  • Implement new software clients, including account setup and training
  • Resolve customer service issues by answering questions or referring clients to appropriate technical support resources
  • Update development and product teams on technical problems or issues
  • Proactively contact internal and external individuals to ensure software is being used to its full potential
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives


To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience if no degree.


Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Professional experience or educational concentration in business, accounting, finance, or economics
  • Background in data mapping, data analyses, or data migration
