Job Summary:
The Content Coordinator is an integral part of the Operations Engagement team and is responsible for the design and development of functional learning experiences. The goal is to build, develop, and design learning plans for the students' needs through various instructional solutions, for online, place-based, and blended learning environments. The Content Coordinator will collaborate with the Director of Quality Student Engagement and Training Specialist to be a strategic partner to assist other departments with meeting their training objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Design instructional and training interventions and assessments for online, place-based, and blended delivery
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, scripts and case studies.
  • Work with Training Specialist to identify target audience's training needs
  • Set instructional goals and create content that aligns with the learning objectives
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of industry experience with a strong understanding of the sales process, student life cycle, and compliance requirements.
  • 2 years of Learning Management System (i.e. Trailhead, Bridge, Matrix)
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and skills in training and development.
  • Manage collaborative processes and participants typically involved in an instructional design project Experience with Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
  • Solid knowledge of course development software preferred.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
  • Ability to learn, identity, and implement training software tools for effective results
  • Strong ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to self-troubleshoot with technology.
  • Experience with Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing) is a plus
