Job Description:Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant field of study preferred.
Work Experiences:
- 4 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Executes Academy travel including transient, group, visa / passport
processing, event registration, maintenance of accurate records, special requests, rooming lists, ground transportation, invites, communications, travel data, enterprise ID records, etc. - Act as travel liaison with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of traveling team members.
- Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts, payments, and any other required documents.
- Partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors and collaborate to ensure quality travel deliverables (hotel, air, and ground transportation) that meet business needs and cost efficiencies.
- Create travel education to support user experience.
- Stay current and share out timely relevant domestic and international travel alerts and best
practices. - Resolve all emerging issues that may arise, with little to no supervision, to ensure outcome and /or experience expectations are met.
- Create regular required reporting and submit as needed (Ex: Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC).
- Maintain ARC license thru required annual CEUs.
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and sharing out travel policies and all related resources.
- Produce and prepare pricing analyses and reconcile and allocate budget data and billing related to travel and events.
- Own Academy's event expense processes to ensure adherence to budget parameters.
- Trains peers to strengthen travel support skill set, business acumen, and overall
professional presence. - Uses feedback to make recommendations on travel tools to the business.
- Remain current with relevant industry changes and trends for travel and events.
- Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Drive and ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- Up to 25% travel, as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
