Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our client in Concord, NH.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers all questions over the telephone with customers.
- Processes email and mail inquires.
- Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions.
Ensures all assigned issues are updated and resolved as efficiently and as quickly as possible.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 years experience in a Customer Service/Call Center
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Ability to work with in a fast paced environment.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Concord, NH 03301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
