Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work On-site with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
- Role will incorporate instructions, drawings or inspection instructions, checklists, and various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
- Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $19-$24/Hourly
Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift; 3:30 PM-2:00 AM Mon-Thurs with OT on the weekends
Length: 12 Months (Perm Possible)

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inspecting solder connections or in-assembly build-on circuit card assemblies by IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year visual Inspection(solder/coating) experience
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing/soldering experience in Electronic Assemblies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Documentation
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Measuring
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Reading Engineering Drawings
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Personal Computers.
- Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
