Interested? Here's what you'd do : -Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity, RMA, Purchase Order).

• Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them, and provides the information if needed.-Takes care of correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift).
• Captures relevant data in data processing systems.-Arranges the acceptance, storage, cycle counting, service order release, and picking of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems.
• Organizes and manages stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.-Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (quantity and article number about the respective delivery notes).
• Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging, and other instructions (Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.-Completes transport inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.

Required Skills / Qualifications : -High School Diploma or GED-Minimum 3 years of packing, shipping, and receiving experience.

Minimum 3 years of SAP experience.-Minimum 3 years of Transportation carrier experience.-Minimum 3 years of Forklift and Reach truck experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications : -Inventory management experience. -Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools and Microsoft Outlook.

• Able to communicate effectively across all levels and manage business continuity.-High levels of self-motivation and discipline, commitment to continuous improvement, and high-quality assurance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional Information : -Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
