Acara Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a customer metal manufacturing facility in Delano, MN!
Pay: $17 - $19/ hour DOE
Type: Contract to Direct
Hours: 1st and 2nd shifts available
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs 20 times a day
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Each employee is expected to follow work standard practices written for physical duties, machine operation, performance output, quality, and safety. Take responsibility for department metrics and continuously work to improve.
- Read area cleanup and equipment care postings to support 5S Lean practices. Keep area clean and organized. Maintain the equipment and respect the company's property by doing your part.
- Using practical application skills, creativity and innovation will result in an employee working smarter and not harder and more productive in order to accomplish their objective.
- Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be warn as it applies to the operation you are doing. Always report injuries to your supervisor and make out the appropriate paperwork. All employees will receive the OSHA compliance training requirements and are expected to practice and reinforce safe work practices with other team members.
