Registered Nurse
The RN provides holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with Eating Disorders and other comorbid disorders in an outpatient setting with primary focus on clients in day programming (PHP/IDP).
Compensation Range:
Registered Nurse: $35.00 - $55.00/hr
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.
Schedule: 16 hours per week, variable schedule working within general site operating hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm.
How Nurses Empower Recovery:
- Provides holistic and compassionate nursing care as a part of an interdisciplinary team to clients in an outpatient setting with a focus on treating clients with eating disorders.
- Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
- Responsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
- Assists and support medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
- Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed
- Participate actively in milieu management which could include involvement in groups, outings, mealtimes, and therapeutic interventions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited course of study in nursing required
- Licensed as an RN in the state of employment
- Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire

- Generous PTO plans: Paid Time off (PTO) is provided to all regular full time and part time regular employees up to 152 hours/19 days within the first year of employment. PTO is accrued throughout the year and can be used for vacation, personal and sick time and accrues based on compensated hours.
- Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
