Controller

We are currently seeking for an “Controller” for a Full-time position with our Direct Client at Milwaukee, WI (Onsite with Initial Remote) location.

Salary: 120k-130k/Annum benefits covered.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing; responsible for preparation and analysis of monthly internal financial and management reports; ensures the reported results comply with GAAP;
• Monitors operational results against plan and directs the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control activities and costs.
• Provides key financial analysis and management reporting; provides guidance on investment and project decisions; recommends benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
• Ensures costs for the company’s products and services are allocated according to corporate procedures and in compliance with financial accounting standards.

Skills Needed:

Candidates resume should be more focused on “Controller”. Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Manage accounting team: 5-6 employees (need someone who can manage people).
• Manufacturing Experience required.
• Prior experience and Epicor (ERP) experience would be a plus but not required.
