We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M365 Power Platform/SharePoint Developer to lead our public and internal SharePoint and Power Platform initiatives. This role is essential for the development, migration, and maintenance of sophisticated SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that cater to our dynamic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration efforts from SharePoint On-prem to SharePoint Online, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Design, develop, and implement complex Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Set up and manage Power Platform environments, including configuring roles, permissions, and tiers.
- Collaborate with the organization's business teams to advise on workflow design and development, leveraging extensive knowledge of SharePoint on-prem, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Platform environments.
- Work directly with business customers to gather requirements, facilitate testing phases, and support the triage of user and system issues post-implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M365 solutions and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality SharePoint collaboration services.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of extensive experience in developing, configuring, and managing SharePoint Online environments.
- At least 1 year of experience in SharePoint migration projects, including planning, executing, and managing migrations from on-premises environments to SharePoint Online
- 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- 2 years of experience in creating custom business applications using Power Apps, showcasing skills in both canvas and model-driven app development.
- 2 years of experience in setting up and configuring Power Platform environments is essential, including managing roles, permissions, data policies, and environment strategies.
- 3 years of experience and knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 services.
Preferred Qualification:
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 Government Cloud.
- 2 years of experience using Azure Logic Apps.
- 2 years of experience using Azure Function Apps.

Pay: $112,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
