ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT
Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, cash amusement devices etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.
SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing gaming devices, ATMs, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed. Additionally, this position may require responses to service calls on nights and weekends.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
- Prioritize service requests according to urgency and location by communicating with call center to efficiently manage calls
- Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
- Interact with clerks, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
- Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
- Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, dispensers, and ATMs
- Deliver product from company location to customer locations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one-year certificate from college or technical school, 1 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Proficient with basic PC skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 21 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including use of a keyboard
- Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
- Exposure to outside weather conditions
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
