Position Summary:

We are hiring part time and full time for multiple areas within our warehouse including general warehouse inventory, linen and dishware. Our general warehouse inventory team is responsible for organization and maintenance of Accel's inventory. Our linen and dishware team is responsible for all of Accel's linen and tabletop inventory. Both teams have the responsibility of pulling and prepping inventory for upcoming events, and cleaning, sorting and organizing inventory upon return from events.

Essential Functions

• Work in accordance with Accel’s Core Values as described below; foster our company culture.
• Using our Accel mobile app, pull and prepare upcoming linen orders, steaming, wrapping and hanging as required.
• Using our Accel mobile app, pull and prepare upcoming orders, bundling and protecting in accordance with SOPs, health and safety standards.
• Unload, sort and inventory in-bound rentals on return to warehouse, preparing linen for third party processing, and cleaning dishware on site.
• Using our Accel mobile app, restock, clean, event-ready inventory in warehouse per SOPs, ensuring Accel inventory is treated with the highest degree of care, safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain general tidiness and organization of the warehouse, proactively seeking new ways to improve systems.
• Maintain active communication with other Accel team members, to ensure product inventory is proactively managed.
• Problem solve issues with inventory and product for events with other Accel team members.
• Other department duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

• Ability to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines is a must.
• Ability to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• For onsite purposes, our Warehouse Crew must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.  Please let  Accel know of any physical limitations.

• Written/verbal communication skills
• Must have a smart phone with the ability to download and use applications
• Ability to use Accel company mobile application.

Work Environment:

• This position primarily operates in a  warehouse.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. 
• The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

How we’ll measure your success (key performance indicators):

• On-time completion of assigned tasks at 95% or more. This includes showing up on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• 95% or higher in product identification/SOP test
