Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Comprehensive Maintenance Operations: Take charge of all maintenance-related facets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate Departmental Operations: Lead the coordination of personnel and operations within the maintenance department.
• Uphold Equipment and Facility Standards: Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance, safety, and aesthetics.
• Manage Maintenance Staff: Create schedules and delegate responsibilities among maintenance staff.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Keep meticulous records of repairs, warranties, and inspections.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities align with legal standards and regulations.
• Ensure Timely Repairs and Updates: Prioritize and oversee the completion of necessary repairs and updates.
• Rapid Emergency Response: Be ready to respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.

Requirements:

• Preferred minimum 1 Year Skilled Nursing Facility Maintenance Management Experience: You should have a solid background in maintenance management within a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance or plant related position.
