Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Junior Requirements Analyst to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports. The ideal candidate will work as part of an integrated team based in greater Boston, Massachusetts area, to assist the team with the management and execution of system and software requirements.
The Work:
- Work with program and client leadership to collect, understand, and manage all system, software, and capability requirements
- Coordinate and support requirement reviews to obtain the necessary information from program stakeholders to create engineering and integration tasks
- Create and manage a system and software requirements tracker
- Create user stories for each system and software requirement
- Build, maintain, and prioritize the sprint backlog
- Work with the program engineering team to ensure all user stories are understood and the execution meets the intent of the client’s requirement
- Work with AFS program leadership to provide weekly status updates on system and software requirement execution
- Reason through mission and document the program requirements
- Participate in weekly AFS internal and client facing program meetings
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of work experience OR Master’s degree in a technical discipline with no experience OR 5 years of requirements management experience
- 2 years experience using requirements tracking tools (Jira)
- 2 years experience developing collateral requirements items such as wire frames, use cases, and personas.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience developing collateral requirements items such as wire frames, use cases, and personas
- Experience with complex DoD system requirements management
- Familiarity with the DHS Joint Requirements Integration Management System, including development of Capability Analysis Reports, Mission Need Statements, Concepts of Operation, and Operational Requirements Documents, OR experience with the Department of Defense Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System
Security Clearance:
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $90,700 - $170,200
Colorado: $90,700 - $147,100
New York: $83,900 - $170,200
Washington: $96,600 - $156,600
