Accenture delivers full-stack Adobe solutions for brands that are looking to accelerate business growth through hyper-personalisation and connected customer experiences. To deliver this we provide customer strategy, technology implementation, data solutions, business change management, user experience design and development, marketing activation and advanced analytics services to help clients achieve rapid time-to-value from Adobe technology.
We’re looking for an Adobe Operations Lead to join our team help clients adopt the Adobe Experience Platform and support business transformation. This role would ensure that the Adobe stack and all data and applications are working as expected.
As an Adobe Operations Lead you get what makes customer interactions tick – how we can gather the data in the moment to deliver the right message, or inform the right decision, where it’s marketing progressing customers from awareness to prospects, or cross selling to existing customers, or even informing sales or service about what the customers trying to accomplish. You understand that the best-looking app or website in the world is useless if it can’t leverage the data it needs to have a meaningful customer experience. Clients have come to rely on you for your expertise in getting the right data to the right app at the right time, every time. They look for you to keep things running smoothly, and when there are hiccups, you’re the person to orchestrate the team in the direction for resolution.
The Work:
Lead and provide Martech application support and be the primary liaison with Marketing, Product Engineering, and Adobe IT.
Define and create processes surrounding the overall care and feeding of the marketing ecosystem.
Monitor the health of the applications running on the Adobe Experience Platform.
Provide ongoing access management, compliance, and enable the relevant governance processes.
Define and implement the process for triage support (systems and processes) between Adobe IT and Adobe Digital Experience teams.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and supporting Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with operations and processes for mobile and social media.
Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
B2B and B2C experience.
Other Adobe Experience Platform product certifications; Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record for delivery, ongoing operations, creativity and innovation.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
